How long does the Indian Medical Visa (MED) take to get approved?

Once you have our official Medical Visa Invitation Letter (Form V), most applicants receive their e-Medical Visa within 2-4 working days via India's official e-Visa portal. We issue the invitation letter within 24-48 hours of reviewing your medical records.

Can family members travel with me on a medical visa?

Yes. Up to two accompanying family members or caregivers can apply for a Medical Attendant Visa (MED-X) alongside the primary patient, using the same invitation letter.

Do you help with airport pickup and hotel booking?

Yes - our international desk arranges chauffeur-driven airport transfers and can recommend hotels and serviced apartments near the hospital in Kurla West and BKC, at preferential rates where available.

What if my stay needs to be extended for medical reasons?

We provide hospital documentation and doctor certificates to support a visa extension or FRRO registration if your recovery timeline runs longer than planned.
