INSURANCE EXPLAINED

Insurance & TPA, in plain language

Cashless treatment and insurance claims can feel confusing. This page walks you through how it works at Fehmida Hospital & Fertility Centre, one step at a time.

THE BASICS

How insurance & TPA works here

Many patients use health insurance or a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to reduce out-of-pocket costs for treatment at Fehmida Hospital & Fertility Centre. Coverage and process depend entirely on your specific policy and insurer.

Some treatments may be eligible for cashless settlement, where the insurer pays the hospital directly. Others are reimbursed after you pay and submit a claim. Always confirm the process with your insurer before treatment.

HOW TO APPLY

Using your insurance, step by step

Most patients move through four stages. Ask our front desk for help at any point along the way.

01

Check your policy

Call your insurer or TPA to confirm your sum insured, network hospital status and cashless eligibility.

02

Gather your documents

Bring your policy card, ID proof and any referral letter. For planned procedures, ask us for a cost estimate to share with your insurer.

03

Inform our billing desk

Tell our billing team you plan to use insurance before treatment, so they can help coordinate directly with your TPA where possible.

04

Treatment & settlement

For cashless cases, we coordinate settlement directly with your insurer. Otherwise, keep your bills and reports to file a reimbursement claim yourself.
